Marketing Professor to Talk About Social Media

As part of the Library's Faculty Author Series, Dr. Valerie Creelman will be here to talk about the relationship between social media and customer satisfaction.

That's the theme of her contribution to the new book Digital Business Discourse.  Her chapter is a case study of the recent controversy surrounding women's clothing produced by retailer lululemon.

Dr. Creelman will discuss her research into the issue within the broader context of contemporary corporate communication and media control.



The talk will be held: Wednesday, November 16 at 1 o'clock in Room LI135.
